At the Talent team of McCann Worldgroup, we are looking for an HR Administrative Assistant.
The selected person will join the HR Ops team, a shared services area for the different agencies of the group, mainly performing the following functions:
You will be the guardian of the correct use and information in our internal systems: Peoplesoft/workday, Factorial…Coordination with Global HR Operations Team: Continuous contact to optimise the use of internal resources, as well as for month-to-month reporting.Administrative personnel management. Communication with Payroll regarding new hires, terminations, payroll incidents.Pre-onboarding and Onboarding process. Support with the documentation management for contract and annexes, information point for the employee, resolution of initial doubts.Monitoring of all processes that may affect payroll and other cycles, proper recording and processing: Vacations, sick leaves, leaves of absence, reduced working hours, preparation of documentation and follow-up.It could occasionally support administrative training processes in contact with our supplier.Offboarding process.
