MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare kits and labels for clinical studies.Organize the shipment of kits and labels to clinical sites.Assist in coordinating the shipment of biological samples with clients, CROs, and clinical sitesLiaising with courier services;Organizing sample shipments;Managing queries and the resolution of incidents;Obtaining import-export permits and supporting the process of customs clearance.Support in managing orders and suppliers, including placing and following up on orders, receiving and reviewing content of orders.Assist in the department's general duties and organization (e.g., updating SOPs, forms, and templates).OTHER REQUIRED SKILLSStrong communication and organizational skills, with the capacity to work in teams.Proactive and hands-on approach.High level of motivation and an enthusiastic personality.WHAT IS OFFEREDOpportunity to work and contribute to the success of an expanding CRO.Growing division & team, with bright outlook and career opportunities.International and multicultural environment in a company based in Barcelona.Diligent, professional organization, with a human touch.Apply for this Position
