Immediate start, direct company employment, and job stability. Full-time position (40 hours per week). Permanent contract. Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM (with lunch break). Salary based on experience, approximate range: 22-24k gross per year. Professional development training with access to the company's resource library. On-site work in Alcobendas and/or Madrid (Herrera Oria area). Daily responsibilities We need someone to support the Financial Management by identifying the financial-accounting and administrative area's needs and providing optimal solutions to achieve the objectives.
This includes:

Assisting in developing the accounting plan and daily accounting entries. Managing and controlling expenses. Invoice control for suppliers. Bank management: reconciliations, payments, collections. Using Holded software (no prior experience required) and contributing to general administrative functions as needed. Ideal candidate It would be great if you have a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or vocational training in administration and finance.
We're looking for someone with:

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in similar roles. Knowledge of accounting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, and some ERP systems. Excellent communication skills, with a good level of English (B2).
