Mission As the Administration and Finance Manager you will manage the global operational, administrative and financial areas of the business in direct dependency of shareholders.

Duties Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements, budgets and treasury analysis Coordination of the execution of investment/disinvestment operations in financial investments Treasury management Collaborate with real estate and private equity investment managers in the follow-up of these investments Process coordination and improvement Liaison with banks, tax and company auditors, and to a lesser extent with investment providers Preparation and presentation of monthly reporting: results and individual and aggregate monitoring of financial, real estate and private equity investments, treasury, etc Qualifications and experience Degree in Business Administration and Economics with a postgraduate degree in finance 5+ years' experience in the financial area, ideally in a Family Office. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a small team. Previous Big4 or similar experience is desirable. Experience in investment management and operations in investment funds and real estate is desirable. Fluent in English and Spanish. Proficient in Excel and Power Point.
