In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth operations within the training area, supporting client relationships, and helping the team deliver effective learning programs.
Responsibilities Efficient Operations: As training area coordinator, you will manage the administrative aspects of our training programs, including maintaining documentation, student enrollment, scheduling classes with universities and our internal teachers, and ensuring all courses are properly organized.
You will also introduce and coordinate live webinars.
Building Strong Stakeholder Relationships through Effective Communication: You'll actively engage with key stakeholders, building strong, long-lasting relationships.
With a deep understanding of their needs, you'll ensure that every course, content update, and interaction is crafted to provide a personalized and exceptional experience for both B2B and B2C clients.
Your role will also include leading live webinars and training events, where your communication skills will truly shine.
Collaborative Sales Marketing Operations: Additionally, you will support the Sales and Marketing team, helping to track leads using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
While basic knowledge of sales processes is a plus, your real impact will be through your ability to collaborate effectively with both the sales and marketing teams.
Requirements Excellent self-organisation skills and ability to manage multiple tasks, ensuring timely delivery.
Experience in maintaining records and coordinating schedules.
Strong client management skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Demonstrated experience negotiating with B2B and B2C clients.
Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish (at least, C1 or equivalent).
Strong competence in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Full Fabric.
Experience in managing education programs or sales is a plus.
