What you'll be doingThe main role will be to support academic operations to ensure classes run smoothly.Make sure both teachers and students have the necessary tools to succeed.Work with the team to find value-adding solutions to our established workflow.Support team to ensure deadlines are met.Create reports for internal purposes and for clients.Will be reporting to the Academic Director. What you need to succeedBachelor's degree required.Fluent in English and Spanish.At least 1 year experience in an administrative role.Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Computer literate; good knowledge of Google Apps and Excel.Highly organized, detail-oriented and a problem solving attitude.
