Your Role: In this role, you will support the Center Director and Operations Coordinator in all assigned duties, including managing office services and creating resources to help students adapt to the city and culture.
You will assist with student arrivals, excursions, and activities, while ensuring the quality of accommodations and expanding housing options.
Additionally, you will facilitate access to medical resources and promote health and safety education for students.
What You'll Do: Office related activities (mail, supplies, deliveries, package reception…) Attend and guide students during excursions and activities Offer logistic support to staff and guides in activities Support Madrid staff in all areas, including Housing.
Attend Homestays, conduct housing visits, be on call for student inquiries.
Communicate any student concerns/incidents to Director.
Act as a resource for students Help and participate in all aspects involved in students' arrival (airport pick-up, transfer to housing, follow up visits, guided tours…) Health & Safety Works on all initiatives related to Health and Safety prevention Organizes Health and Safety Orientation sessions and regularly updates its content Facilitates students' access to health and safety services: medical appointments, hospitalizations Assists students with Health Insurance claim forms Manages relationships with local medical providers Keeps record of all incidents and actions taken.
Part of the On-call team after office hours for student emergencies Director & Academics Support Center and Academic Directors in all administrative tasks assigned.
Attend students & faculty for daily requests.
What Makes a Great Candidate: University Degree Fluency in spoken and written English & Spanish Excellent administration and communication skills Previous experience working in Study Abroad field.
Previous experience working in customer service Mature, resourceful, out-going and assertive Proactive, flexible and able to work under pressure Responsive team player Solid IT and organizational skills Knowledge of the city and its cultural/leisure offer Personal experience studying/living abroad Experience working in an international environment (with US college students preferred) Must be legally authorized to work in local country We believe great talent comes in many forms and that there is no one size fits all in hiring.

CONTRACT & SALARY: Full-time temporary contract.
