Admin Manager

Job description We are looking for an Administrative Manager who can ensure the company runs smoothly to meet daily business operations requirements.
The job will be ADMINISTRATIVE WORK that will keep the company's foundation strong.
Key Responsibilities Communication with clients via the company email Manage and follow up on material purchasing Be on top of the permits and licenses (renewing & reporting) Submit required documents and sampling for PEZA, DENR, LLDA, PDEA and DOLE reporting.
Human resources work such as recruitment and training, logistics (export and import), overseeing maintenance and employees.
Qualifications Strong operational and managerial skills of Administrative Works Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Organized and proactive Physically fit 3 years experience Preferably residing in Carmona, Biñan or nearby.
