This dynamic role requires adept multitasking skills. From managing course schedules to sales and social media content creation, and from providing student support to data management, adaptability is paramount. The ideal candidate is meticulous, punctual, and profoundly committed to theater and community development, ready to propel Act Attack's global expansion!REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS (4 hours per week volunteerly + up to 4-8 hours per week paid)Managing student inquiries and registrations through WhatsApp Business and Gmail, using sales and customer service techniques to encourage enrollment, highlighting course benefits, and ensuring clear, professional communicationMaintaining accurate records using Google Excel Sheets to track course statuses effectivelyCRM experience like HubSpot, Monday or BrevoSocial media strategies & content for Instagram, Facebook and/or TikTok platformsGraphic Design basics (like Canva)Wordpress, SEO & Website Development basicsBusiness & Sales Development strategies (optional)Finance & Budgeting (optional)Demonstrating native or highly fluent English proficiency in all communicationsExhibiting a passion for theater and education, aligning with our mission to make a meaningful impact on the worldBENEFITS & PERKSFree unlimited Acting & Improv courses all year long, for personal development in a fun way; boost your creativity, public speaking, communication & networking.
