Our new Product Manager is responsible for: The Product Manager, Contract Analytics/AI role will help us unlock innovative new approaches to surfacing data from unstructured content leveraging machine learning and AI techniques to drive big data analytics, business intelligence, and process automation. You will work with the head of Product Management and Product Management Team regularly to develop and execute the product roadmap. You will be a member of our Product Management Team, collaborating daily with our engineering teams to strengthen our existing products and bring new products to the market. The Product Manager is generally responsible for researching, understanding, and finally communicating the needs of the customers to the product team and eventually throughout the entire business.
Product Manager duties and responsibilities:Delivery: Prioritize backlog (feature/epic/story), define MVP, lead/participate in all scrum ceremonies, make firm decisions regarding requirements.Collaboration: Collaborate with senior product management and business analysts in maintaining plan integration and ensuring the overall achievement of product objectives.Product Lifecycle Management: Responsible for the identification of new opportunities, service improvements, and cost reductions. Contribute to the determination of pricing and profitability of the product.Supports Sales and Marketing Activities: Align product launch activities with marketing activities, providing the sales team with competitor analysis, market analysis, and other research information.Other Duties: Being answerable to the Senior Product Manager, the Product Manager adopts other roles as assigned by the Adlib Leadership team.Our new Product Manager has: Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.5+ years of experience in product management.2+ years of experience in the artificial intelligence, data science, and/or machine learning markets.Strong technical abilities; in-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.Technical knowledge of data management, analytics, and visualization technology.Adept at elaborating user scenarios, developing product specifications and devising proof of concept prototypes.Experience collecting, validating and prioritizing market feedback and iterating on new feature/product development.Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders.Able to make sound decisions related to modeling approaches, ethical considerations, and data collection requirements.Prior experience working for an ECM software, PaaS or SaaS company is considered an asset.Aha! experience is considered an asset.What's in it for you: We wholeheartedly believe that maximizing work-life balance is one of the most important paths to high performance.
