Adjunct Professor for Bachelor in Applied MathematicsWe are hiring part-time Adjunct Professors to teach in the first, second, and third years of the Bachelor of Applied Mathematics (BAM) for the 2025-2026 academic year at IE School of Science and Technology.
The basics: We are searching for Ph.D. graduates in Mathematics, Telecommunications Engineering, Physics, and other STEM disciplines with experience in mathematics and computing.
The first two years of the BAM are at our beautiful "Convent of Santa Cruz la Real" campus in Segovia.
You will become part of our vibrant IE community: motivated and passionate students, exceptional faculty, and a wonderful on-campus atmosphere.
Our courses include novel methodologies, integration of Python in our mathematics-related courses, inter-course projects, and many student events.
In this role, you will directly shape the future of our students and leave a lasting imprint on the evolution of our program.
Requirements: Applicants must be flexible to accommodate the class schedule given to students (afternoon shift; more specifics will be available in March).Candidates with a Ph.D. are preferred, but experienced professionals with a Master's in Mathematics or STEM discipline and over five years of University-level teaching will also be considered.Excellent communication skills in English (minimum of C1 level).All applicants must have permission to work in Spain (we cannot offer visa sponsorship).I fit perfectly!
