Roles and Responsibilities Provide support as required for Data Forms, Workflows, Purchasing System (SSP) and SAP completion, and follow-up as needed to ensure fast execution of activities. Support internal infrastructure for communications and interactions through set-up and maintenance of virtual teams, linked repositories, distribution lists, etc, in a multifunctional and multinational environment. Regular scrutiny and follow-up of publication workflow status for R&D; and Global Medical Services to ensure reviews are completed and finalized in the tool in line with the SOP. Extract and review of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data entries to identify missing data and alignment of entries to requirements. Liaison with internal stakeholders to ensure and execute timely collation, filing and distribution of data as required for reporting and metrics, including data collation for Bowler Chart. Back-up and support for Investigator Sponsored Trials administration activities including budget tracking, AST, invoice receipting, contracting, data entry. Fast-paced worker with excellent English language skills, and advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Box, Teams, etc).
