We are looking for...
Degree in Biomedical sciences and MSc in analytical chemistry with relevant industry experience in method development for protein characterization by physico-chemistry techniques (more than 5 years of experience).
Knowledge and hands-on experience in chromatography techniques for protein analysis, such as reverse-phase, size exclusion, affinity, normal-phase, ion-exchange chromatography, and capillary electrophoresis (CE-SDS, CZE, cIEF) is required.
Knowledge in mass-spectrometry analysis (Intact mass and peptide mapping) is an advantage.
Able to work in a cross-functional approach and independently.
Proactivity and critical thinking.
Team player with good communication skills (both Spanish and English) and a proactive character, showing initiative in the implementation of plans and delivering objectives.
Key responsibilities Lead and develop analytical methods in the physico-chemistry area (focused on HPLC and CE) according to the required regulatory guidelines and quality standards.
Write technical reports at the end of the development and stability programs.
Write qualification protocols and reports.
Work in the gene therapy area (mRNA and pDNA) of the company.
Be responsible for scientists' work: training, theory explanation, and supervision.
