Core Responsibilities:Contribute to the long-term vision for sales and commercial operations by identifying growth opportunities and risks.Lead the development and execution of commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and market share.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals and implement innovative, customer-focused initiatives.Facilitate seamless communication and coordination between sales, marketing, finance, and product teams.Monitor the performance of commercial OKRs via key initiatives; ensuring timely and successful completion.Ensure commercial processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with long-term organizational objectives.Support in creating and refining dynamic pricing strategies based on market trends, competition, and customer behaviour.Work closely with finance and product teams to align pricing with profitability goals and customer value propositions.Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.Deliver insights to leadership using sales analytics and dashboards to ensure data-driven decision-making.Requirements:8+ years experience in a similar role, with a focus on commercial strategy, commercial project management, and sales operations in a fast-paced environment or consultancy firm.Strong analytical skills and the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable strategies.A bold decision-maker with the ability to execute independently while fostering collaboration across diverse teams.
