Role: Director/Head EMEA Service and Strategy
Location: Europe, Remote
How you will contribute to ASP: Develop and implement strategies to deliver against EMEA Technical Service safety, operational performance, revenue and profitability priorities.Lead managers to develop, engage and retain teams passionate about service delivery and customer satisfaction in support of business growth.Continuously improve efficiency of service delivery, including technical competence and experience of all employees.Partner with Commercial, Sales and Marketing teams to develop value proposition, ensure customer satisfaction and deliver growth.Lead negotiations with all non-ASP service providers regarding Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and cost.Ensure that execution of services does not expose the company to any liability, and the team delivers on all its contractual obligations during the performance of services.Responsible for communicating business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level.Perform other duties assigned as needed.What will make you thrive in this role: At least 10 years' proven experience, within a regulated industry, managing high delivery service or sales environment.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.Preferred prior experience leading remote-based staff.Proven ability to inspire change and build followership across multiple business units, locations, organizational levels, and functions.Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a P&L and negotiate large deals with senior decision-makers.Demonstrated clinical selling and concept-selling skills.Understanding of the service industry buying process.Eye for business, coupled with executive presence, with the ability to inspire confidence and gain & hold the trust of senior-level executives and management.The ability to travel regularly across the EMEA (up to 40%).Inclusive Benefits: We thrive in a diverse work environment and offer inclusive benefits including attractive paid time off and an extra work-life balance week in the US, flexible schedules, parental leave & parental benefits in some regions.
