Take ownership to build a Shopatainment experience for Miravia, planning and creating onsite content to boost user engagement on our site, including visuals, videos, page visits, likes and shares, and simple quiz actions.- Lead onsite content projects, create calendars, set monitoring mechanisms, and build content strategies while managing brand and influencer collaborations.- Engage brands (and sellers) to participate and co-invest in homepage channels through success stories and resource exchange, obtaining trendy content from brands and developing co-branding cooperation.- Work with the Marketing, Social, and Design teams to co-create content and build an attractive storytelling approach, reflecting local events, market trends, and our key value propositions.- Collaborate with the Product and User Experience Design teams to identify improvement areas that can lead to more impactful business results and a better user experience.Minimum Requirements:At least 5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, and social media management.
Preferably a degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Management, Design, Art, or any other relevant experience.- Creative and innovative, with a strong sense of market trends and consumer behavior.- Result-driven with strong project management skills, able to work with and manage various stakeholders with a positive mindset and strong problem-solving capability.- Strategic thinking; able to leverage data points and market analysis to form actionable insights and recommendations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
