Academic Assistant/Receptionist/Standby Teacher for Central Madrid AcademyAs an Academic Assistant and Receptionist, you are the face of New Central Park. It is important to have a good knowledge of both English and Spanish. You must be a sociable and friendly person to provide a high quality of service. A good relationship with our students is also very important.
You will be working together with the director, head of studies, teachers, and students. Your main responsibilities will include:
Providing support to the management.Helping students and teachers to solve problems.Answering phone and email enquiries.Performing administrative tasks.Managing payments.Dealing with student complaints.Preparing certificates for students/parents.Helping to place students in the right groups.Covering classes in case a teacher is ill.Teaching is paid on the basis of 17 Euros/contact hour after taxes. The timetable will be from 4 PM to 7:30 PM from Monday to Thursday. The minimum net pay on contract will be 700 Euros/net for 15 hours/week. The start date will be on the 2nd of December 2024 or the 8th of January (to confirm), and the last day will be in the third week of June 2025. There is a possibility to stay with us for the next school year.
