As Accounts Receivable, you will have the chance to broaden your accounting knowledge and be part of a fast-growing company.Key Responsibilities:Reconcile shipment with customer GR before issuing VAT invoice, ensuring timely issuance to avoid collection delays.Data validation among SO, PO, and DN.Coordinate with sales team, logistics team, and customers for any unreconciled items.Submit and record invoices to clients, Credit Note, and Debit Note.Ensure the correct accounting treatment of invoices to clients.Follow-up on accounts receivable (cleaning, collection, and maintenance).Prepare AR analysis report/sales-related report.Prepare cash receipts for customer collection, according to movements reported by the Treasury.Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in accounting or economics.1-3 years in Accounts Receivable is preferred.Familiar with Microsoft Office.Knowledge of Spanish accounts and tax laws; familiarity with SAP system is preferred.Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong sense of responsibility.Nice to have: Certificate of 33% disability.We Offer:Competitive remuneration based on performance and experience.Opportunities for department and company-wide team building events.A chance to contribute to the transition towards zero-emission transportation and the decarbonization of the economy.Our Purpose is to build a zero-emission future that reconnects humanity with nature and a world of clean air.
