Accounts Receivable & Payable Manager -

Our Barcelona-based Finance Team is looking for an additional Accounts Receivable & Payable Manager to focus on our Financial Operations (in particular Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable management) as well as ad hoc Commercial Support as a business partner to the Finance and Leadership teams.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable and Payable Manager to own these financial processes.
Your responsibilities will include:Daily bookkeepingProcessing supplier paymentsCredit controlCustomer invoicingBeing the point of contact for customers and suppliersYou are a great fit if you have 5 to 10 years of experience working in these areas, good organisational and communication skills, and a willingness to work in a team as you will be dealing with different points of contact inside and outside of the organisation.
Ideally, we want someone that has experience working within a growing business and can identify and be proactive about finding ways to improve our internal processes and ways of doing things.
It is important that you have the ability to learn new software and systems quickly and are confident in building scalable processes.
Experience of building and managing an Accounts Receivable and/or Payable team is desirable as we envision that this role will require direct reports as workload increases.#J-18808-Ljbffr
