Since 2023,we've been voted one of the best places to work, one of the fastest-growing apps and tech companies, and a leading pioneer of business travel.These are just some of the reasons why global brands like Wise, Red Bull, GetYourGuide, and Aesop trust us to supercharge their corporate travel.We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the Finance team!The Accounts Receivable Specialist will work with internal and external customers to ensure that billing, cash collection and application are handled in a timely and appropriate manner. This team member will be responsible for performing a hands-on role in responding to customer invoicing inquiries, maintaining customer relations, and enforcing processes for cash receipts, invoicing and collections.What you will do:Perform daily cash application and direct debit runs. Match outstanding invoices with incoming payments.Own a portfolio of 1000+ customers with bank transfer/manual SEPA payment method. Manage AR end-to-end process from billing, cash collection, cash application, and disputes resolution for the portfolio assigned.Manage failed Auto Sepa payments and Credit Card customers issues.Manage customers credit limit utilization for their portfolio.Use all available channels - phone, email to collect the outstanding invoices.Liaise and communicate with internal departments (Customer Service / Sales / Finance / Tax) as required to resolve outstanding queries and keep a high level of customer satisfaction.Perform daily accounts reconciliation.Respond to customer queries through accounting email, Zendesk tickets as well as phone.Manage correction of the invoices.
