Join the resource revolution!Job DescriptionOur Finance and Accounting department plays a pivotal role in enhancing TOMRA's overall value by delivering precise and high-quality financial results and information to internal stakeholders. As an Accounts Receivable (AR) Accountant, you will report to and collaborate closely with the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices and billing, supporting the seamless flow of financial operations. Your role extends to financial reporting, analysis of accounts receivable, and the provision of valuable insights to optimise billing and invoicing processes.Role and Responsibilities:Invoicing and Billing: Generate and issue invoices to customers in a complete, consistent, accurate and timely manner. Verify billing data and resolve discrepancies.Payment Processing: Record and reconcile customer payments.Accounts Reconciliations: Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy. Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues with customers.Reporting: Prepare and analyse AR aging reports. Provide regular updates on receivables to management.Customer Communication: Maintain positive relationship with customers. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address any billing concerns.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related relevant field.At least 2-3 years in accounts receivable accounting role.Skilled in effective communication, both spoken and written in the English language.Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate financial results.Proficiency in Excel is advantageous.Experience within the industrial sector is preferred, but not essential.Additional InformationHow to Apply: If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
