Accounts Payable Trainee

DURATION: 6 months
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Account payables reconciliations
Contact with vendors in order to reconciliate account, get missing documentation, and resolve issues related to invoices and payments
Control of payments to vendors
Pre-booking of invoices review (VAT codes)
Checking purchase orders
Reconciliation of a few balance sheet accounts
Spanish VAT Report (SII) management
Play an active role and contribute ideas to the Trainee Scheme at Radisson CSO

A SUCCESSFUL TRAINEE:

Must be enrolled in a school program to be eligible for the internship
Has a sharp eye for detail and is very accurate and precise
Possesses good Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
Is fluent in English, both verbal and written
Must be able to prioritize and work within tight deadlines
Is trustworthy, has a high level of passion and integrity
Can work in Europe
Eager to learn
