Accounts Payable Trainee

Duration: 6 months Key responsibilities: Account receivables reconciliations Contact with vendors in order to reconciliate account, get missing documentation, and other issues related with the invoices and payments Control of Payments to vendors Pre-booking of invoices review (VAT codes) Checking Purchase orders Reconciliation of a few balance sheet accounts review Spanish VAT Report (SII) manage. Play an active role and contribute ideas to the Trainee Scheme at Radisson CSO A successful trainee: has to be enrolled in a school program in order to be eligible for the internship. has a sharp eye for detail and is very accurate and precise. has good excel, word and power point skills. is fluent in English, both verbal and written must be able to prioritize and work within tight deadlines. is trustworthy, has a high level of passion and integrity. can work in Europe. eager to learn.
