Accounts Payable Trainee

Join our dynamic and multicultural Finance Business Operation Team as an AP Trainee.

What You Will Learn: Invoice Review and Processing: Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
Data Entry: Perform invoice and general ledger data entry.
Dispute Management: Dispute tracking, query resolution, and credit note handling.
Upload provider's invoices and credit notes.
What We Are Looking For: Education: Finance and Accounting Vocational qualification.
Technical Skills: Other Education / Certifications: in Excel and SAP.
Data Entry: Strong skills in accurate and efficient data entry.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail with a commitment to accuracy.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Spanish (high plus), both written and verbal.
