Job Description:Ensure timely and accurate invoice registration.
Respond to supplier and internal inquiries timely.
Complete accounting close and reconciliations.
Ensure suppliers are paid on time.
Assist with validation of supplier master records.
Maintain all information in compliance with Corporate financial policies, local tax and statutory regulations while safeguarding company assets.
Role and Responsibilities: Process third party and intercompany invoices for payment.
Ensure appropriate approvals are obtained.Respond to partner and supplier inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and perform analysis as requested.Perform month and year end closing processes, prepare journal entries, complete account reconciliations, compile dashboards, and complete other managerial reporting.
Assist local finance teams with audit requests.Connect regularly with procurement partners to identify gaps or concerns.
Identify, recommend, and drive improvement opportunities.
Participate in cross-functional teams.
Partner with the Global Process Owner for Payables to suggest and implement enhancements.Learn and use daily Power BI Dashboards available for AP, AR, CM, GL to look for information and perform analysis.Perform user testing for all system maintenance, system patches, and upgrades in Oracle.
Complete any other duties as assigned.
Support other SSC areas when needed.Key Ingredients: Availability to work on a temporary contract.2+ years of experience.
