Your Functions Setup/edit all master vendor records for FCNA companies.Invoice posting including employee expense reimbursements and intercompany transactions.Assist with monthly monitoring of the accounts payable aging reports.Provide accounting assistance to project teams; respond to AP and financial questions/concerns to meet the business needs.Assist in reconciling vendors across multiple accounts.Manage inquiries from vendors which includes research; resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.Help and assist with providing supporting documentation for audits. Availability in the afternoons from 14:00 to 22:00. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or similar discipline. Previous experience of 1-2 years working in a Shared Service Center environment. SAP proficiency. Experience with Corpay a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other proprietary software. Good knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), AP processes and controls, as well as demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data. Effective communication skills.
