Specifically, the Accounts Payable department is responsible for processing vendor invoices and queries in line with established service-level agreements to ensure timely payments and accurate financial reporting. We aim to establish a strong and mutually beneficial professional relationship with our business partners and other financial departments.Job main responsibilitiesBe in charge of validating and posting invoices following company guidelines and processes, fulfilling country legal requirements and controls for the countries assigned.Resolve internal and external queries (payment status, general information, vendor reconciliation).Perform the assigned tasks and work with other streams for month-end closing.Provide support and build a professional relationship with internal and external stakeholders.Resolve issues detected in quality controls (e.g. VAT code, currency, legal entity…).CommunicationLiaise with countries assigned.Liaise with Invoice to Pay Manager, Teamlead and other team members.Candidate profile requirementsEducationUniversity degree in finance and/or administration (ideal, not a must).ExperienceLess than 2 years' experience in accounting.Experience with ERP systems (SAP) is a plus.Knowledge and skillsUnderstanding of financial concepts & experience.Experience with Invoice Management tools is a plus.Other requirementsFluent in English (C1) good command of both oral & written.Native speaker level of one of the following languages: Polish, French, Portuguese, Italian, German, or Czech will be a plus.What we offer?Career development with wide access to professional development tools and trainings.Possibility to take part and acquire experience with internal projects for process improvement.Language lessons in company.Ticket restaurant.30 labor days of holidays.Medical insurance 50% subsided by the company for employees and the possibility to integrate family members at a very good price.Open and modern office environment.International environment with more than 25 different nationalities.LocationHybrid and full-time position based in Barcelona.
