We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Manager to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in our financial operations as we continue to grow globally.
The Accounts Payable Manager will make payments on behalf of our customers and work together with our Finance team to ensure they receive the necessary to record revenue. You will be responsible for managing our customer's payments in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures. This role will be supporting Customers across regions so flexibility in hours and potential shift working will be required.
Responsibilities:
Set up beneficiaries for international payments : You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining all international payment beneficiaries in our financial platform.
Perform testing : Regularly conduct financial tests, such as penny testing, to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our payment systems.
Ensure process is followed : Uphold the integrity of our financial operations by ensuring adherence to processes such as the four-eye-principle.
Identify capacity issues : Proactively identify and address any capacity issues within the accounts payable department to ensure smooth operations.

Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners. Very strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with additional language fluency being a plus
Adaptable to multi-timezone environment: Comfortable working in a global company and accommodating different time zones.
3-5 years experience in an international Accounts Payable role.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong customer service focus.
