Liaising with project managers as well as internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of our development payments.
Performing all onboarding and compliance activities.
Assist with the month-end financial reporting process.
Work with our internal key players (Business, Legal, Operations, Marketing, and Sales team) to effectively ensure and execute development payments and troubleshoot issues.
Coordination with the manager of the accounts payable team and the reporting of the KPIs for the area.
Leverage processes to identify areas of improvement, including performances and technology-based changes.
Initiative and decision making in coordination with the team in the tasks to be carried out.
Stability and development in departmental functions and priority management.
Review and supervision of the business area according to the internal distribution of the team.
Leadership and coordination of the team.
Risk management, strategy, and implementation of improvements and process efficiency researcher.About YouAccounting, finance, or related degree.
+5 years of experience in finance/accounting in a similar role.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written in English and bilingual Spanish.
Experience in Accounts Payable tools, ERP (e.g., Tipalti, Business Central…).
Previous experience in team management.Preferred QualificationsAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel and database management.Strong organization and time management skills.Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central, databases, or data mining is desirable.Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion and achievements.International experience is a +.Benefits PerksAttractive compensation package consisting of base salary and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance.
