Job Title: Accounts Payable Junior Team LeadLocation: International SSC in BarcelonaResponsibilities: Ensuring compliance with operational accounting policies and procedures.Good understanding of accounting processes.Reviewing and monitoring the reconciliation of the accounts payable subledger and GRIR balance.Providing support in accounting closings.Supervising support for internal and external audits.Being the first point of escalation for resolving incidents with suppliers or the local market.Coordinating the day-to-day activities of the team within the assigned scope and addressing priorities.Working towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Actively supporting the sharing of new ideas and best practices across all areas.Conducting regular training for team members to close knowledge gaps and ensure continuous improvement.Resolving and following up on issues detected or raised by the team.Requirements: Strong understanding of financial concepts and PTP principles.Experience leading small teams (at least 2 people).Good communication skills.Proactive, open-minded, and solution-oriented.Ability to work on multiple projects and handle different priorities.Native speaker level of one of the following languages is a plus: Polish or French.Experience with SAP and/or VIM is a plus.Career progression: Accounts Payable Junior Team Lead#J-18808-Ljbffr
