Account Payable analyst (AP) in the Shared Services Center (SSC) will be supporting European markets, ensuring that assigned tasks in support of end to end processes of AP are performed at expected levels in terms of quality and throughput/ productivity.Description:Timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and paymentEnsures compliance on operational accounting policies and proceduresEnsures AP deliverables meet or exceed quality levels and are delivered within strong internal control frameworkSupports not only the region assigned, but also overall AP function as requestedPrepare and review weekly AP aging reporting to maintain clean ledgers at all timeManage supplier Master File including creation, modification and cancelation of suppliersTrack and support vendor and buyer queries within the SSC SLA'sFirst point of contact required controls and actions are taken for incidents in AP tasks (PO, Invoices, wrong delivery, etc.).
