We are looking for an Accountant Payable (AP) to join our team based in Barcelona in order to cover a temporary position (maternity leave).LET'S TALK ABOUT THE ROLE! This role will be responsible for the accountancy of VF Spain and Portugal suppliers. We are looking for a well-organized, pragmatic and methodical profile with strong communication skills.HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE: YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:Managing suppliers invoices in Coupa and Rossum system.Give feedback and answer questions related to the vendors.Preparation of the accruals.PO's follow up with requestors.Supplier payments.Blackline reconciliation for Accountant Payable.AP open items follow up.SKILLS FOR SUCCESS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required for the individual to be successful in this position.Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related.Experience: Previous experience in a similar role (almost 1 year).Language skills: Fluent English and Spanish.Advanced MS Office knowledge, Excel is a must and SAP.Proven ability to control and prepare the payment for the bills.Strong analytical skills.Methodical profile.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU: We're in the business of unleashing human potential, driven by the ideas, energy and commitment of our people.
