You will collaborate internally with our commercial team and externally with our partners, suppliers, and Virtual Credit Card providers, meeting targets set out by your team manager.Key responsibilities:Investigate and resolve instances of supplier overpayments. Review the causes of issues and suggest new procedures to prevent repeat occurrences. Liaise with Virtual Credit Card providers to resolve duplicate charges and overcharges on a monthly basis. Ensure undisputed chargebacks are received from our providers to mitigate losses. Negotiate override reclaim deductions with suppliers as per contractual agreements. Resolve disputes and challenges on production figures. Identify where processes can be improved. Document changes, implement training and ensure compliance with new procedures.
