Accounts Payable

YOUR MISSION PUMA Iberia is looking for an Accounts Payable to provide financial, administrative and clerical support by ensuring vendor invoices postings are completed and expenses are controlled by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.
Also analyze expense reports, assign payments to the proper cost centers, work with vendors to resolve past due invoices and reconcile monthly statements with vendors.
Main objectives: Ensure that all vendor invoices are posted on time.
Charge expenses to correct accounts and cost centers and ensure correct tax code.
IC reconciliations.
Preparing analysis of accounts and producing monthly reports.
Keep informed of regulatory requirements and best practices in accounting.
Book and monitor of travel and personal expenses.
YOUR TALENT High school diploma or equivalent.
1-3 years accounts payables experience.
Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written.
SAP / Concur will be a plus.
