Reporting into our Senior Finance Manager, you'll be joining our small and talented Spanish Finance team.You'll be in touch with the local Operations, Marketing, and Management teams as well as with the Group Finance team in Berlin.You will be an integral part of a fast-growing company, making sure that our finance processes can follow our ramp up in volumes.You are an accountant who wants to make your mark on a successful and growing team. Get in touch!What you'll doResponsible for day-to-day invoicing operations, including processing suppliers and partners invoices, communication and resolution of invoicing errors, ensuring credit notes reception etc.Implementation of clear processes with suppliers related to invoicing set-up and communicationManagement of monthly credit cards and expense claimsResponsible for weekly cash reportingDelivery of regular and ad hoc reportingHave the opportunity to provide in-depth value adding analysis to both financial and non-financial senior management which could have a lasting impact on the group globallyWhat you'll bringPassion, drive and great communication skills; English and Spanish proficiency is a mustExtensive experience in a similar role previously or a bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance or studying for a qualification in CA / ACCA / CPA (or equivalent).1-3 years experience working in finance and accountingStrong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
