Accounts Payable And Receivable Specialist

The Green Recruitment Company is looking for an Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist to join a company that is committed to innovation in renewable energy by optimising the deployment of distributed energy projects.
They are looking for someone responsible for managing supplier invoices and tracking customer payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. In addition, negotiate payment agreements and resolve any issues related to collections and payments.
Responsibilities:Financial Management: You will oversee financial transactions to contribute to the financial health and success of the company.
Daily tasks: You will handle everything from processing invoices to resolving discrepancies and negotiating payment terms.
Interpersonal relationships: You will interact with suppliers, customers and internal teams, requiring strong communication skills.
International environment: You will work in a dynamic environment with entities in several European countries.
Requirements:University degree (preferably in accounting).
1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
Solid knowledge of basic accounting (debits, credits, accruals, accounting cycles).
Experience in invoice processing, supplier management and reconciliation.
Proficient in accounting software and knowledge of regulations.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
High level of English.
