The Team: As part of the Global Accounting Operation, you will be reporting to the Manager of the team in Madrid with a global focus on supporting from the finance side our growing operations.
The Role: As the Accounts Payable Analyst, you will support the team to process globally AP invoices and you will drive the highest customer service to our internal and external stakeholders by handling queries and follow up on requests. You will act as key contact for all supplier and payment queries. You will closely work with various stakeholders in the business and collaborate with other finance teams to handle ad hoc queries and requests.
What you'll do: Process invoices into the ERP system (Workday) - enter invoices into the system, check them, match them against PO's and execute payments.
