We have established a new Financial Centre of Excellence in Zaragoza city and are looking for an accountant with fluent English and Spanish for the Accounts Payables team.

Main Tasks: Receiving, validating, and entering vendor invoices into SAP.Routing invoices for approval to the appropriate individuals.Managing relationships with vendors, inquiries, discrepancies.Managing relationships with internal partners within Adler Pelzer.Managing employee expense reports.Regularly reconciling accounts payable records with vendor statements to identify discrepancies.Creation of reports and analysis as required.Support month-end closing.Participation in projects as required. Experience required: Completed university degree in Finance, Economic, Business Administration.Ideally some basic experience in accounting, finance shared services, financial support or analysis, etc.Fluent English.Fluent Spanish or French.
