Recently, we launched in the Netherlands, Germany, and Portugal, with other countries currently in the pipeline.Our culture sets us apart from the rest; social and diversity clubs are part of our essence and day-to-day culture.Mission and Responsibilities:We are looking for a skilled Retail Banking Accounts, Deposits, and Saving Accounts Business Analyst, responsible for the Contact Center and branch point of view of the design and adaptation of the front, processes, and tools related to the Accounts, Deposits, and Saving Accounts domain.Your responsibilities will include:Translating business needs into functional and technical specifications (documentation), validation with key areas (Front Office, IT, Business).Defining test cases and conducting software testing (UAT), design, deployment, maintenance, and evolutions.Being the Subject Matter Expert for the Assisted Channels Accounts, Deposits, and Saving Accounts domain, with full knowledge of the products, processes, channel challenges, and competitors.Identifying business challenges and opportunities for improvement and finding solutions using analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendations.What Are We Looking For?Bachelor's / Master's Degree related to Computer Engineering or similar.High level of English and Spanish.More than 3 years of experience in related tasks.Experience in Accounts, Deposits, and Saving Accounts software implementation and/or Retail Banking operational experience, preferably within Banking Accounts, Deposits, and Saving Accounts and Point of Sales solutions.A well-rounded skill set with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a 'get the job done' attitude.Problem Solving, Complexity, and Innovation skills.Ability to coordinate multiple change requests across the allocated domain (Accounts, Deposits, and Saving Accounts).Ability to analyze and identify technical drawbacks and increase process efficiency by re-thinking.Experience working closely with colleagues across other areas such as Sales, Operations, Finance, and others to drive improvement in efficiency and quality of the solutions.What Do We Offer?Joining a dynamic and agile company undergoing international expansion.Working in start-up mode with the support of the Santander Group.Competitive remuneration and attractive benefits package.Possibility of growth within the company and the Group.Collaborating on international projects in different countries
