Join us to tackle exciting tech challenges in an agile environment.Mission and responsibilities:We are looking for a skilled Retail Banking Accounts, deposits and saving accounts Business Analyst, responsible for the design and adaptation of the front, processes and tools related to the Accounts, deposits and saving accounts domain.
Responsibilities include:Be the translator between business needs into functional and technical specifications.Validation with key areas (Front Office, IT, Business...), test cases definition software testing (UAT).Design, deployment, maintenance, and evolutions.Be the Subject Matter Expert for the Assisted Channels Accounts, deposits and saving accounts domain.Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement.What are we looking for in this position?Bachelor's/Master's Degree related to Computer Engineering or similar.High level of English and Spanish.More than 5 years of experience in related tasks.Accounts, deposits and saving accounts software implementation experience.Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.Problem Solving / Complexity / Innovation skills.Ability to coordinate multiple change requests.Experience working closely with colleagues across other areas.What do we offer?Joining a dynamic and agile company undergoing international expansion.Competitive remuneration and attractive benefits package.Possibility of growth within the company and the Group.Excellent work environment, social clubs and frequent events.Openbank is an equal opportunity employer.
