Job Description Summary: We are looking for an accounting trainee who will be responsible for the preparation and management of the administrative/tax issues and accountancy of the groups of the companies under management. Main Responsibilities: Issued and received invoices registration. Preparation and submission of the applicable taxes. Banks movements registration (payments, receivables, tax liquidations, loans repayments). Controlling of the deadlines of loans repayments. Banks reconciliations. Accruing of the projects' incomes. Accruing of the main expenses: Insurance, land lease, depreciation, O&M. Documentation management (physical and digital archive). Preparation and deposit of Annual Accounts and official books. Elaboration of several questionnaires received from INE (Instituto Nacional de Estadística). Key Requirements: Accounting and tax knowledge of small and medium companies. Good communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines with several clients. Strong aptitude for math and attention to detail. Ability to organize work independently and as part of a team. Fluent in English.
