Job Description Summary:We are looking for an accounting trainee in our Madrid office who will be supporting senior members of the team in the preparation and management of the administrative/tax issues and accountancy of a group of companies under management by Vector Renewables.
Job Description:Issued and received invoices registration.Preparation and submission of the applicable taxes.Banks movements registration (payments, receivables, tax liquidations, loans repayments).Controlling of the deadlines of loans repayments.Banks reconciliations.Accruing of the projects' incomes.Accruing of the main expenses: Insurance, land lease, depreciation, O&M.Documentation management (physical and digital archive).Preparation and deposit of Annual Accounts and official books.Key Requirements: Accounting and tax knowledge of small and medium companiesGood communication skillsBe able to meet deadlines with several clientsStrong aptitude for math, attention to detailAbility to organize their work independently and as part of a teamEnglish Fluent (C1)Studies: Economics or Business Administration Degree.Location: Madrid
