A program where the best talent is sought to join one of the most technologically advanced companies in the world within the automotive sector.Type of profile: Junior profile or recently completed university/master's degree. Maybe without work experience or maximum 1-2 years of training/work experience.Mission and Main Objectives: Support Accounting & Tax activities managed by the local team. Areas to work on include Treasury, Accounts Payable/Receivable, GL, Inventory, and Tax.Main Tasks & Responsibilities:Minority shareholders management (NMISA has 5.993 minority shareholders). Manage current share donation program, answer complaints and queries, and support activities related to the General Shareholder meeting.Support on External Audit requests (E&Y, Tax Authorities).Support on grants management (Form submission, gather information, follow up materials).Support to ad hoc queries/requests regarding local activities.Bank approvals. Manual activities that require original letter/signature (Post mail).Support on the preparation of the monthly NMISA finance deck (Inventory, Overdue, Boston, Idocs, FCF).Accounting & Tax G&A FCST.Prorex management (PO creation/reception/Follow up approval).Minimum Education:Finance Degree.Master in Accounting/Finance will be a plus.Background & Experience:Proactive, high initiative, motivation to learn.Previous role in accounting and controlling would be a plus.Specific Technical Skills:Knowledge of SAP (COPA COPC process would be a plus).Good Excel user (used to deal with big data).Language:English Mandatory.Spanish fluent.Barcelona, Spain
