Accounting Staff supports the accounting officer by performing tasks which include processing and recording transactions, checking and verifying, filing, and other duties as needed.Work Activities:Reviews store operations reportsMonitors journal and sales invoicePrepares requirements for sales invoiceEnsures that necessary documents are notarizedFiles store operations reportsUpdates Sales and DepositPerforms other job-related duties as assignedQualifications:Residing within or near Santa Rosa, LagunaGraduate of Accounting Course or any related coursePreferably a Fresh GraduateWith less than a year of experience can be consideredHas knowledge in accounting, bookkeeping procedures, and auditingWith strong attention to detailWith excellent analytical and time management skillsWith strong communication skillsWith computer literacy (MS Excel in particular)Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduateSchedule:8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:13th month salaryEducation:Bachelor's (Preferred)#J-18808-Ljbffr
