Accounting Staff

Accounting Staff supports the accounting officer by performing tasks which include processing and recording transactions, checking and verifying, filing, and other duties as needed.
Work Activities: Reviews store operations reports Monitors journal and sales invoice Prepares requirements for sales invoice Ensures that necessary documents are notarized Files store operations reports Updates Sales and Deposit Performs other job-related duties as assigned Qualifications: Residing within or near Santa Rosa, Laguna Graduate of Accounting Course or any related course Preferably a Fresh Graduate With less than a year of experience can be considered Has knowledge in accounting, bookkeeping procedures, and auditing With strong attention to detail With excellent analytical and time management skills With strong communication skills With computer literacy (MS Excel in particular) Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate Schedule: 8 hour shift Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
