Accounting Staff

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.Process invoices, verify payments, and manage collections.Reconcile monthly bank statements and resolve discrepancies.Support payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.Prepare documents for tax filings and assist with compliance procedures.Prepare periodic financial reports for management review.Support the monitoring and tracking of departmental budgets.Perform general clerical tasks related to financial operations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.At least 1-2 years of accounting experience.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Knowledge of accounting principles.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Paid trainingSchedule:8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:13th month salaryEducation:Bachelor's (Required)Experience:Accounting Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)License/Certification:CPA (Preferred)
