With over three decades of experience in healthcare and a focus on innovative technology, we provide streamlined, digital health solutions that make access to quality, affordable healthcare easier for millions of Filipinos, one SME at a time.ResponsibilitiesOperational Efficiency: Audit operations, suggest improvements, and create action plans to enhance financial efficiency and meet operational objectives.Revenue and Expense Monitoring: Track revenue, expenses, and general ledger variances to ensure financial health through consolidated data, internal controls, and special reporting.Financial Operations Oversight: Manage core financial operations, including debts, assets, payroll, cash forecasting, capital assets, and revenue analysis, to support smooth business functions.Team Leadership: Recruit, supervise, and evaluate accounting staff, while addressing training needs to maintain a high-performing team.Cross-Functional Communication: Act as a liaison between accounting staff and upper management, conveying financial insights effectively across teams.Implementation of Financial Initiatives: Oversee new financial strategies, aligning efforts with the company's financial objectives and reporting on progress.Financial Systems Management: Develop, monitor, and evaluate financial systems to ensure accurate performance documentation and informed decision-making.Budgeting and Financial Planning: Prepare annual budgets, forecast expenditures, analyze financial data, and recommend corrective measures to meet financial goals and regulatory standards.Additional Roles as Needed: Perform any other responsibilities to support overall operations.QualificationsWillingness to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
