We are hiring an Accounting Manager to join this strongly growing team in Barcelona.

#Mazars,theSmartChoice Your mission : Direct interaction with the different clients Review of reporting, analytical accounting, treasury forecasts, as well as any additional information requested by the client Ensure all deliverables are sent on time and manner to the client Follow-up and planning of team's activities to ensure effective delivery Training and support to all professionals Organize and manage time and resources to answer client's demand Participate actively in the recruitment process Ensure and control the productivity of the team as well as the profitability of the project Participate in the Business development strategy and plan Be the main contact of the CoE with the rest of Mazars partners and colleagues Your profile Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, economics, or similar Additional courses and knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and Tax are valuable Minimum 5-8 years' working experience in a multinational environment.
Experience in Big4 or similar in Spain is an asset.
Experience in team management High knowledge of ERP (SAP, Oracle, Navision, or similar) and Excel Good oral and written communication in English (B2 or higher) Interest and ability to multi-task in a multi-disciplinary environment Ability to prioritize workload and ability to work with strict reporting deadlines Your values are our values!
