Job DescriptionTechStyleOS is the globally integrated Operations and Services provider behind some of the fastest growing online fashion brands in history, including Fabletics, Savage X Fenty, JustFab, Yitty, ShoeDazzle, and FabKids.With offices in Berlin, London, Barcelona and headquarters in Los Angeles, we're currently looking for a full-time Accounting Intern based in our Barcelona office.You will support all 4 of our brands: Fabletics, from premium training gear to performance-inspired swimsuits and lifestyle dresses; Savage X Fenty, our highly loved lingerie brand established together with Rihanna; JustFab, our online subscription fashion retailer that carries selections of shoes, handbags, jewelry, and denim; and Yitty, our shapewear brand reinvented by the singer Lizzo.How Do You Fit In?TechStyle is a dynamic, expanding business, which will provide you with the opportunity to work closely with and assist cross-functional teams. The goal is to efficiently deliver a high-quality work product in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.This position reports to the Senior Director Finance.Responsibilities:Booking AP/AR invoices - coordination with suppliers and other third parties.Prepare payments to suppliers.Perform administrative duties / responsible of the archive / multitasking.Bank accounts reconciliation and sales reconciliation with payment provider. Booking Cash movements and maintaining cash forecast.AP/AR/Cash to GL reconciliation.Preparing and submitting VAT filings, CIT and other taxes (Intrastat, Intracomm VAT).Support in daily activities and Year-end audit and preparation of statutory accounts.Preparation and review of monthly closings.Accrual preparation and control.Required Skills:BA in Economics, Accounting.High level of English / Spanish.Committed, accountable, team player, highly motivated to learn on a day to day basis and contribute to the growth of the company.Organized and responsible.
