Job Description TechStyleOS is the globally integrated Operations and Services provider behind some of the fastest growing online fashion brands in history, including Fabletics, Savage X Fenty, JustFab, Yitty, ShoeDazzle, and FabKids.
With offices in Berlin, London, Barcelona and headquarters in Los Angeles, we're currently looking for a full-time Accounting Intern based in our Barcelona office.
You will support all 4 of our brands: Fabletics, from premium training gear to performance-inspired swimsuits and lifestyle dresses; Savage X Fenty, our highly loved lingerie brand established together with Rihanna; JustFab, our online subscription fashion retailer that carries selections of shoes, handbags, jewelry, and denim; and Yitty, our shapewear brand reinvented by the singer Lizzo.

The goal is to efficiently deliver a high-quality work product in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
This position reports to the Senior Director Finance.
Responsibilities: Booking AP/AR invoices – coordination with suppliers and other third parties.
Prepare payments to suppliers.
Perform administrative duties / responsible of the archive / multitasking.
Bank accounts reconciliation and sales reconciliation with payment provider.
Booking Cash movements and maintaining cash forecast.
AP/AR/Cash to GL reconciliation.
Preparing and submitting VAT filings, CIT and other taxes (Intrastat, Intracomm VAT).
Support in daily activities and Year-end audit and preparation of statutory accounts.
Preparation and review of monthly closings.
Accrual preparation and control.
Required Skills: BA in Economics, Accounting.
High level of English / Spanish.
Committed, accountable, team player, highly motivated to learn on a day to day basis and contribute to the growth of the company.
Organized and responsible.
Role with high attention to detail, meticulous while maintaining and analyzing the big picture.
